Firms running Facebook and Instagram lead forms can now tag each form with the practice area it serves — housing, immigration, family, conveyancing or employment — and every enquiry lands in the right team's pipeline the moment it arrives. The feature works at the form level. When a firm registers a Meta lead form, it records which practice area that form belongs to. From then on, every lead submitted through that form is identified by its origin and routed straight to the matching pipeline, where the relevant follow-up sequences kick off immediately. The routing lookup uses form metadata only — no personal data is involved in the matching step — supporting firms' own GDPR obligations. And routing is as granular as the firm's form structure, so firms running one form per practice area get the cleanest results.

"When every Meta lead drops into one pile, someone has to sort it by hand, and speed dies," said the SalesHub Cloud product team. "A housing disrepair enquiry should never sit behind a stack of conveyancing quotes. Route it to the right team in the first minute and the firm can respond while the enquiry is still warm.
